Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily technical maintenance operations, ensuring all facility systems are functioning optimally.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet operational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory for maintenance tools and materials, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance procedures, safety standards, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
