Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate multi-site Toshiba retail teams across Bali
- Develop and implement team performance strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations
- Monitor inventory management and product knowledge training
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotional activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership roles
- Proven track record in retail/consumer electronics industry
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with Toshiba products preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance metrics
