Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily team operations and ensure high service standards are met consistently.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance coaching, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Handle complex customer escalations and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Mentor junior team members to foster career growth, skill development, and retention.
- Collaborate with management to define team goals, create schedules, and track progress.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and training logs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Proven track record as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
