Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor warehouse operations team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets
- Oversee end-to-end processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, inventory control standards, and company policies
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery rates
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance operational skills and safety awareness
- Prepare performance reports and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience with 1+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational metrics
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CLTD) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
