Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the Wellness department to ensure peak performance and service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and preventing shrinkage.
- Ensure the department floor is maintained with high-quality visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing knowledgeable advice on health and wellness products.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and provide insights to store management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with company health and safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong background in the retail industry, preferably within pharmacy, health, or wellness sectors.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per the retail calendar.
- Possess a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Educational background in related fields (Business Management or Health/Nutrition) is an added advantage.
