- Proactively identify and recruit top talent for IQOS and BONDS product lines through multiple sourcing channels
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and competency alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing techniques to achieve hiring targets
- Represent Staffinc Group professionally at recruitment events and industry networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on team building
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport
- Strong target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Dynamic and proactive personality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with FMCG or tobacco industry recruitment is advantageous
