Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and strategic vision for software development projects.
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a team of multi-disciplinary software engineers.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and highly scalable backend and frontend architectures.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and key stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven expertise in modern programming languages (such as Node.js, Go, Python, or Java) and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a collaborative team environment.
