In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative technical initiatives and the top-tier talent required to bring them to life.

As our Tech Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and candidate screening to final offer negotiations. You will be instrumental in shaping our engineering and product teams by identifying developers, system architects, and data experts who align with our culture and mission. We are looking for a proactive recruiter who understands the nuances of the local Indonesian tech market and knows how to attract passive candidates in a competitive industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Source top technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess both technical competency and culture fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the contract signing process in compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on local tech market trends and implement innovative sourcing tactics to improve time-to-hire.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the tech or startup industry.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) and the tech stack.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
