Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified technology candidates through proactive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, GitHub, and developer communities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance using ATS platforms
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future technology positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate conversion rates
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives for tech roles
- Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in software development, data science, or engineering roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technology stack terminology and technical interview processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
