Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for data-focused technical roles (data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers)
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical competencies and cultural alignment with ByteDance's values
- Document candidate interactions and maintain accurate records in the ATS system
- Analyze sourcing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment sourcing with focus on data/AI roles
- Proven expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Deep understanding of technical roles in data science, machine learning, and engineering
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates professionally
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth companies
