- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential executive candidates within the technology sector.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to find and engage passive talent globally.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive-level positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Google’s broader talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent research.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level professionals in competitive technology markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive sourcing decisions and assess candidate fit.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a significant advantage.
