- Identify and engage topâtier technical executives for Googleâs product and engineering teams through innovative sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using Boolean searches, social networking, and industry events.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, competency models, and assessment criteria.
- Conduct thorough technical interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates meet Googleâs high standards for expertise and culture fit.
- Manage the fullâcycle recruitment process, including offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Leverage recruitment analytics and reporting tools to track pipeline health, timeâtoâhire, and qualityâofâhire metrics.
- Represent Google at industry conferences, hackathons, and talent forums to strengthen employer branding.
- Stay current on emerging trends in technical talent acquisition, sharing insights and driving continuous improvement within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or executive search within a fastâpaced technology or global organization.
- Strong understanding of technical product domains, software engineering, data science, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple highâpriority requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Singaporeâs labor market, talent networks, and employment regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous.
