Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, managing the relationship from onboarding through the entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve high-priority technical issues and bugs.
  • Conduct regular Technical Health Checks and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to optimize client system performance.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of technical strategies that align with the client’s business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and assist the sales team in demonstrating the value of new features or services.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for system integration, security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and support workflows for each account.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Senior Systems Engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer success in the ICT sector.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific technical certifications are highly preferred.
