Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Understand and analyze client business needs to propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on best practices and product optimization.
  • Monitor account health, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues raised by clients.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Conduct regular service reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous service improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or IT Support role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and technical service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client trust.
