Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for technical improvement.
- Provide frontline technical support to resolve system issues and ensure service continuity.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and system configurations for team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates and new technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new features or system integrations.
- Maintain database integrity and ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or data analysis role.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and basic troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
