Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and support to staff regarding computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions
- Maintain and monitor network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies
- Provide training and guidance to non-technical staff on technology usage
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and database management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
