Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing cycle for APAC markets, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technical billing systems, including ERP configurations and automated invoicing workflows to optimize revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional financial strategies with corporate objectives.
- Identify and resolve complex billing discrepancies and technical bottlenecks within the ERP environment.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of billing specialists, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through comprehensive financial reporting to senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving system upgrades, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA certification is a significant advantage.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in O2C, Billing, or Revenue Operations, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong technical proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams in an APAC or global shift environment.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, billing regulations, and revenue reconciliation processes.
- Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders.
