Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical operations, maintenance, and repair of bulk carrier fleets
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code)
- Manage vessel budgets, procurement of technical supplies, and cost optimization
- Lead technical crew training programs and performance evaluations
- Coordinate shore-based technical teams for emergency response and voyage planning
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and reliability improvement initiatives
- Prepare technical reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation in vessel management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Chief Engineer Class 1 certification (STCW Convention)
- Minimum 8 years technical maritime experience with 3+ years in bulk carriers
- Proven expertise in dry bulk vessel operations and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and environmental standards
- Advanced proficiency in technical reporting and vessel management software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
- Leadership experience managing technical teams of 15+ personnel
