In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical engineering squads and business stakeholders, ensuring our access management frameworks are robust, secure, and aligned with strategic organizational objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements for UAM platform enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, technical functional specifications for the development team.
- Perform comprehensive process mapping and gap analysis of current user access workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment support.
- Work closely with IT Security and Risk teams to ensure all solutions comply with corporate governance and security standards.
- Maintain clear documentation for technical configurations, system workflows, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform issues, identifying systemic improvements to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within a technical or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of User Access Management (UAM) principles, Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, and security protocols.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between non-technical business users and highly technical engineering teams.
- Experience with agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
