Sinohydro Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical/Construction Manager to join our prestigious project team in Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat. As a global leader in infrastructure and energy construction, we are looking for a proactive leader capable of overseeing complex technical operations, ensuring project delivery meets international safety and quality standards, and managing cross-functional site teams in a challenging environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical integrity of the site, optimizing construction methodologies, and ensuring seamless communication between engineering design teams and on-site field execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage onsite construction operations to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Review and approve technical designs, blueprints, and construction specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site engineers, and project stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols across all construction zones.
- Monitor site progress, prepare detailed daily/weekly technical reports, and resolve on-site engineering challenges.
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure materials and workmanship meet global company standards.
- Manage heavy machinery deployment and logistics to optimize construction site workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Proven track record of managing remote site operations in challenging geographic locations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and sub-contractors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to adapt to site-based work rotations and handle high-pressure environments.
