We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Consultant / Developer to join the Harrisma team. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of delivering complex development tasks while ensuring the stability and performance of our Salesforce environment. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues related to Apex code, Lightning Components, and Visualforce will be crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet strict timelines and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that provide a seamless user experience.

- Deliver development tasks efficiently while adhering to strict project timelines and milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Apex code, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure the scalability of existing Salesforce solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Strong experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex code errors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Salesforce Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) is a strong plus.
