Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP/HCM technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
- Execute data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and mapping accuracy between legacy systems and Oracle.
- Design and implement system integrations using APIs, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and system analysis to resolve technical issues reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document technical configurations, integration logic, and support procedures thoroughly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a strong grasp of software development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems is essential.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or PL/SQL) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
