Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-performance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from technical proposal writing to implementation and deployment.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide technical consultation and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and legacy systems as required by client projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM standard objects, data models, and sharing rules.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and technical innovation.
