Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex software and hardware-related inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Navigate and utilize multiple technical applications simultaneously.
- Escalate critical technical issues to the appropriate engineering or advanced support teams.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and internal support processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing empathetic and efficient solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Basic familiarity with OS platforms, cloud applications, and networking concepts.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
