Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex software and hardware-related inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Navigate and utilize multiple technical applications simultaneously.
  • Escalate critical technical issues to the appropriate engineering or advanced support teams.
  • Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and internal support processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing empathetic and efficient solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Basic familiarity with OS platforms, cloud applications, and networking concepts.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
