Join China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia as a Technical EHS Lead and drive safety excellence in major construction projects. This critical role requires a proactive safety professional to implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols across dynamic industrial sites. You'll conduct rigorous technical reviews of Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), Lift Plans, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational safety. The position demands strong leadership in developing site-specific safety plans, conducting incident investigations, and mentoring EHS teams to maintain zero-accident cultures. Fluency in English is essential for collaborating with international stakeholders and documenting safety procedures. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects in Indonesia's rapidly growing industrial sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical reviews of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Lift Plans, and Permit to Work systems
- Develop and implement site-specific EHS management plans for construction projects
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Train and supervise EHS staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with government authorities for EHS permits and reporting
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and compliance records
- Monitor emerging safety regulations and update procedures accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in construction/industrial projects
- Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and international standards
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and permit-to-work systems
- Proven leadership skills in safety team management
- Proficiency in EHS software and reporting tools
