- Monitor real-time system events and alarms using specialized tools
- Analyze technical incidents following established SOPs
- Diagnose root causes of system malfunctions
- Execute troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues

- Collaborate with IT teams for coordinated problem-solving
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned systems
- Adhere to and improve operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or engineering roles
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of network protocols and system architectures
- Certifications in IT infrastructure (CompTIA, Cisco) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
