Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage technical operations and facility management systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate maintenance and service projects.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead the development and implementation of cost-effective operational strategies and budget controls.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues and service escalations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of properties and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical operations or facility management within the Real Estate sector.
- Proven experience in a Senior Facility Service Manager (FSM) or Executive capacity.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software systems.
- Valid Singapore work pass and willingness to travel within the region.
