- Design, develop, and implement technical training programs aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions for power generation systems, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with technical experts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Create multimedia training materials including presentations, simulations, and e-learning modules
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback analysis, and performance metrics
- Manage training logistics, resources, and documentation for compliance and reporting
- Stay current with technological advancements in energy sector training methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical training, instructional design, or workforce development
- Strong background in power generation, industrial processes, or mechanical/electrical systems
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) or adult learning methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Articulate, Captivate) and multimedia development tools
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with training needs analysis and program evaluation frameworks
