Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust software applications.
- Define and maintain high standards for coding, testing, and system architecture to ensure long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical audits to maintain code quality and security.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies to minimize risks and improve system performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js).
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record in designing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
