Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the development process
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project objectives
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with database management and optimization
