Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end data center commissioning projects across Indonesia with regional travel requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and contractors
- Develop and implement commissioning procedures, test plans, and quality assurance protocols
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including test reports and handover packages
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data center operations, commissioning, or project management
- Proven track record leading complex technical infrastructure projects
- Expertise in power systems, cooling infrastructure, and IT hardware commissioning
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA-942, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions
- Professional certification (PMP, CDCP, RCDD) highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
