As a Lead Architect, you will navigate the full project lifecycle, from conceptualizing middleware integration strategies to managing high-stakes cutover and rollback procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement modernization strategies for legacy Java-based enterprise applications.
- Design resilient middleware solutions to facilitate seamless communication between diverse distributed systems.
- Develop and document end-to-end migration roadmaps, including pre-migration analysis and post-migration validation.
- Define and execute comprehensive cutover and rollback strategies to ensure zero-downtime deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to uphold coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical designs.
- Conduct code reviews and performance profiling to optimize system throughput and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 7+ years in software architecture, specifically with Java/J2EE enterprise environments.
- Expertise in middleware technologies, API management, and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience in database migration, data modeling, and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.
- Ability to demonstrate successful completion of major system migration or modernization projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
