Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade Java backend systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of Java development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Strong proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in mentoring technical teams and driving projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
