Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage technical projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Ensure all technical work complies with local regulations, safety codes, and Johnson Controls' quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews to maintain high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical project management or the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects for top global brands.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
