Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of diverse certification programs in accordance with international and national standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the technical and auditing team to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with accreditation requirements (such as ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021) and internal operating procedures.
- Review audit reports and make final, unbiased certification decisions based on objective evidence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical procedures, guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with external accreditation bodies, clients, and global stakeholders to resolve complex technical queries.
- Conduct internal training sessions and technical updates to keep the team aligned with changing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in certification, auditing, or quality assurance management.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, PEFC, organic, or textile standards).
- Proven experience in managing a team of auditors, technical specialists, or compliance officers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk-assessment skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
