- Lead technical coordination and design management across all project phases
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters
- Monitor construction progress and resolve site technical issues
- Implement quality control systems and technical documentation protocols
- Manage technical aspects of project budgets and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction with 3+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and construction standards
- Expertise in technical drawing review and construction methodology optimization
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and technical documentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
