We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Manager to join our team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design intent and field execution, ensuring that our infrastructure projects are delivered to the highest engineering and safety standards.
As our Technical Manager, you will take ownership of the technical lifecycle of complex construction projects. You will act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, manage the critical path for permit acquisition, and provide technical guidance to onsite engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Singapore's construction regulations and a proven track record in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for all civil construction phases to ensure alignment with design specifications and engineering standards.
- Manage the end-to-end permit application process, liaising with relevant authorities and ensuring all regulatory submissions are accurate and timely.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, site plans, and technical specifications, providing solutions to unforeseen technical challenges.
- Coordinate between architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to minimize rework and maximize construction efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation for project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure construction projects within Singapore.
- Strong working knowledge of BCA regulations, Code of Practice, and local construction permit processes.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate cross-functional project activities.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, BIM, or project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in liaising with government authorities and external consultants.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
