Join OTA Indonesia as a Technical Manager Furniture and lead our production excellence initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage four technical sub-departments (Production Planning, Quality Control, Engineering, and Product Development)
- Implement and maintain global furniture production standards (ISO, FSC, etc.)
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste
- Oversee technical documentation, including CAD drawings and production specifications
- Coordinate with R&D to innovate new furniture designs and materials
- Train and mentor technical staff on advanced manufacturing techniques
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Manage vendor relationships for technical equipment and raw materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Furniture Design, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in production optimization and quality control systems
- Strong knowledge of global furniture standards and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for international collaboration
