- Oversee technical operations and ensure compliance with construction safety standards

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' technical experience in construction or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in technical software (CAD, BIM, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
