PT Elang Strategi Adidaya is looking for a dynamic Technical Presales Engineer to join our growing team in Depok. In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, helping our clients understand how our technology can solve their critical business challenges.
You will play a pivotal role in product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) delivery, and technical consulting. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and technical solutions.
- Design and implement Proof of Concept (POC) projects to validate technical requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle, answering detailed RFIs/RFPs.
- Gather client feedback to provide insights to the product development team.
- Troubleshoot initial technical concerns and provide strategic consultative advice.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Presales, Solutions Architect, or System Engineer role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hardware/software configuration and common IT infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
