Emtrade Teknologi Finansial is looking for a dynamic Technical Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Surakarta. In this role, you will act as the right hand to our Product & Technology Leader, ensuring that our roadmap is not just envisioned, but effectively executed.
As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will transform high-level discussions into structured action plans, clear documentation, and manageable tasks for our development team. You will serve as the glue that keeps our projects moving, maintaining alignment between stakeholders and engineering to deliver high-quality financial technology solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate conceptual ideas and strategic discussions from leadership into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and task specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to break down features into sprints and track progress against project milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, design, and development teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure project plans are updated in real-time, maintaining accurate tracking for the Product & Technology Leader.
- Coordinate regular status meetings and provide transparent reports on project velocity and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or technical administration within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex technical requirements for different audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Notion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
