We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Leader to ensure the stability and optimal performance of our data center infrastructure. In this critical role, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects while maintaining high availability of mission-critical systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing data center operations with a strong focus on security, scalability, and disaster recovery. This position requires a proactive leader who can translate business requirements into actionable technical plans while ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery for data center infrastructure upgrades
- Lead technical teams to ensure 99.9% uptime and stability of data center operations
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Develop project documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and incident reports
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations and project management
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and network infrastructure
- Proven experience leading technical teams of 5+ professionals
- Industry certifications (e.g., VMware, CCNA, ITIL) highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
