Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex software development initiatives, from planning and estimation to launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation setting.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to boost team velocity.
- Manage resource allocation and cross-functional team coordination to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and technical blockers, proactively driving solutions to keep development cycles on track.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar lead role within software development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to converse fluently with developers regarding architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under pressure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is highly desirable.
