Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination and offer negotiations
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting
- Build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline for current and future technical roles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience in IT/engineering sectors
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and niche technical roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM) and social media recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to evaluate technical competencies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional hiring teams across departments
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles
