Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future technical roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar HR capacity.
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful placements.
