Tanggung Jawab
- Source and identify qualified candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future technical roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar HR capacity.
- Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful placements.
