Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within our BPO operations
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in BPO or IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements across various domains
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in the IT sector
