Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within our BPO operations
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in BPO or IT industry
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements across various domains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in the IT sector
