As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with stakeholders within prestigious educational institutions to understand their digital transformation needs and provide high-quality staffing solutions. This role offers a fast-paced environment where your expertise in technical sourcing and talent mapping will be highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, IT infrastructure specialists, and digital learning experts.
  • Partner with hiring managers in the education sector to define job requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and competency-based interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain high levels of engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the offer negotiation and closing process.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment progress and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and organizational hiring policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency or the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and the ability to evaluate developer/IT profiles effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable and resilient mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with technical talent.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
