  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for power electronics and FA components.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients across various industrial sectors.
  • Provide expert technical consultation and present product solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to relay market feedback and contribute to product development.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and events to promote company products and services.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, focusing on power electronics, industrial automation, or FA components.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics principles, components (e.g., inverters, converters, rectifiers), and FA systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
