Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support and consultation to clients regarding product application and usage.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and service calls to address technical concerns promptly.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation following client interactions and service visits.
- Coordinate with internal sales and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of chemical product formulations and industry safety standards.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Analyze service feedback to contribute to ongoing product improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or field service roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (proficiency in English is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel for field service duties as required by business operations.
- Familiarity with chemical safety protocols and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
