Join Mapletree Investments as a Technical Services Executive for our Industrial Properties division. This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with one of Asia's leading real estate investment managers and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our industrial portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of mechanical and electrical systems across Mapletree Industrial Trust properties. You'll serve as the technical liaison between tenants and our management team, promptly addressing maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, you'll oversee upgrading projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical systems across Mapletree Industrial Trust properties
- Respond to and coordinate tenant technical requests and maintenance issues
- Oversee property upgrading projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for property management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans for industrial properties
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical services or property management
- Experience with industrial properties is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in facility management or building maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in building management systems and technical software
